Douglas J. Cahill     
President and Chief Executive Officer
Doug has served as President of Doane Pet Care since January 1998 and was named Chief Executive Office in July 1998. Doug also served Doane as Chief Operating Officer from September 1997 until January 1998.  He has been director of Doane since September 1998 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Pet Food Institute.  Prior to joining us, Doug served as President of Olin Corporation's Winchester Division, Corporate Vice President of Olin Corporation and held various other positions with Olin Corporation from July 1984 through September 1997.

Richard A. Hannasch      
Vice President - Co-Manufacturing and Specialty
Rick has been Vice President - Co-Manufacturing and Specialty for Doane Pet Care since March 2000.  he also served Doane in the roles of vice President, Business Integration from August 1999 to March 2000, Vice President of Fulfillment from January 1999  to October 1999, Vice President of Strategic Planning from June 1998 - January 1999 and Vice President, marketing from November 1997 to January 1999.  Prior to joining us in 1996, Rick served as Director, Business Development for Ralston Purina company's International Division and held various other positions at Ralston Purina Company from September 1978 - October 1996.

David L. Horton    
Vice President and General Manager - North American Operations
Dave has been Vice President and General Manager of North American Operations since June 2001.  Dave served as Vice President, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality from January 1999 to June 2001 and Vice President, Fulfillment from December 1997 to January 1999. Prior to joining us, Dave was Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering for Olin Corporation's Winchester Division and held various other positions with Olin Corporation from January 1984 to November 1997.

Joseph J. Meyers     
Vice President - Supply Chain
Joe has been Vice President Supply Chain, Quality since June 2001 and Chief Information Officer of Doane Pet Care since August 1998.  Joe served Doane as Vice President, Fulfillment from January 1999 to June 2001. Prior to joining us, Joe held various information technology positions at Realtime Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Olin Corporation from 1992 to 1998.

Philip K. Woodlief   
Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Phil has been Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Doane Pet Care since June 2000 and served as Vice President, Finance for Doane from February 1999 to June 2000. Prior to joining us, Phil was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Insilco Corporation, a diversified consumer and industrial products manufacturing company.  Phil joined Insilco as the Corporate Controller in  1989 and prior to that was a senior manager at KPMG.

Edward H. D'Alelio
Mr. D'Alelio became a director of Doane Pet Care in November 2002 and has served as an Executive in Residence at the College of Management of the University of Massachusetts. Mr. D'Alelio is also a director of Archibald Candy Corporation.

George B. Kelly
Mr. Kelly has served as Chairman of the Board of Doane Pet Care since June 1995. Mr. Kelly is Chairman of CapStreet Group, LLC (formerly known as Summit Capital Group, LLC), Summit Capital, Inc., and Jackson Products, Inc., and is a director of FS Strategies, Switch & Data Facilities Company, Inc., Susser Holdings and other privately held companies.

Jerry W. Finney, Jr.
Mr. Finney became a director of Doane Pet Care in August 2001. Mr. Finney is a director of the Private Equity Group of Credit Suisse First Boston, Inc., which includes DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, L.P.

Mathew J. Lori
Mr. Lori became a director of Doane Pet Care in March 2001 and serves as a principal of J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC. Mr. Lori is also a director of Berry Plastics Corporation.

Terry R. Peets
Mr. Peets became a director of Doane Pet Care in October 2001 and serves as a consultant to JPMorgan Partners. Mr. Peets is also a director of Diamond Brands, Inc., PSC, Inc., the Park City Group, the City of Hope and the Children's Museum of Orange County.

Stephen C. Sherrill
Mr. Sherrill became a director of Doane Pet Care in August 1998 and has served as Managing Director of Bruckmann, Rosser, & Sherrill Co. since 1995. Mr. Sherrill is also a director of Galey & Lord, Inc., B & G Foods, Inc., HealthPlus Corporation and Alliance Laundry Systems, L.L.C.

Paul E. Suckow
Mr. Suckow became a director of Doane Pet Care in November 2002 and is an adjunct professor of economics and finance at Villanova University and Widener University. Mr. Suckow is also a director of Ascent Assurance, Inc., Prandium, Inc. and Grove Worldwide, Inc.

Jeffrey C. Walker
Mr. Walker has been a director of Doane Pet Care since April 1996. Mr. Walker is Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Managing Partner of J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC, the private equity investment arm of JP Morgan Chase & Co.  Mr. Walker is also a director of 1-800-Flowers, Guitar Center and other privately held companies.
